Overseas We will send purchases using an airmail service and will only charge what it costs us in postage.
Returns Policy We accept returns dispatched within 7 days of delivery. Please telephone us on 029 2034 4833 if you have a problem when you receive your parcel and we will try and sort it out very quickly. The method of return should be by insured and tracked carrier. Please e-mail us with the tracking number. All returns must be in their original condition, unworn and saleable and we cannot refund the carriage costs.
Faulty Goods We will try our best to ensure that nothing that is despatched is faulty as the last thing we want to do is to disappoint our customers. However if there is a fault, please inform us immediately and return the piece by insured and tracked carrier. We reserve the right to reject a claim if the complaint is considered unreasonable or of the customer's making.
Privacy Policy We retain customers' names, addresses and e-mail addresses so that they may be contacted if there is a problem or enquiry regarding an order. We will only contact a customer if they have expressly requested us to do so. We will never disclose any customer information to another party.
